Cleaning Grout
Using special chemicals and/or a vapor steam machine, we clean the grout lines and tiles. Cleaning alone brings the grout to about 85-90% of the original look (some embedded stains do not come out).
Clear Sealing Grout:
We can then apply a clear sealer. These are either water or solvent based, which, after we apply are invisible to the eye.
Color Sealing Grout:
Another option is to apply a color sealer. Color sealer's are colorants that are specifically formulated to bond to grout. They are available in a myriad of colors, and they also contain a sealer which gives the grout extra protection. Color sealers provide a uniform appearance to the grout over clear sealers, they also can make surfaces look brand new.
Re-Grouting:
We also remove grout primarily from walls in shower or bath areas. Then apply new grout. By doing this, we are able to make these areas look brand new, as well as stronger at a fraction of the cost of replacement.
Re-Caulking:
We remove old caulk and then, apply caulk. This is usually done in conjunction with re-grouting, or by itself as well.
Natural Stone Work:
We do cleaning, sealing and limited restoration work on natural stone. These include granite, marble, slate and travertine.
